1、检测与评价标准

（3）评价依据：
GBZ
2.1－2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分：化学有害因素》规定，PC-STEL为短时间接触容许浓度，若检测结果等于或大于PC-STEL的规定值，则为超标。
因苯、甲苯、二甲苯共同作用于同一器官、系统或具有相似的毒性作用（如刺激作用等），或已知这些物质可产生相加作用时，则应按下列公式计算结果，进行评价：

2、评价
（1）现场基本情况：生产车间使用涂料生产彩板，对彩板有加热过程，生产线未密闭。涂料由各种合成树脂、颜料、溶剂、助剂组成。各种有机物散发出来，整个车间弥漫刺激性物质。
（2）本次检测点：辊涂室外（上午）苯系物超标；其余各点次均未超标。
3、
预防与建议
（1）建议厂家使用无苯原材料；
（2）密闭生产线，防止毒物散发出来，废气经过燃烧后外排；
（3）加强通风，最好能在车间两侧安装排气扇；
（4）配备劳动保护用品，如防毒口罩；
（5）定期对岗位苯、甲苯、二甲苯进行检测，动态掌握苯、甲苯、二甲苯变化情况，为改善工人作业环境提供依据；
（6）定期对作业工人进行职业健康体检，如发现职业病和职业禁忌症，应及时治疗并脱离苯作业环境；
（7）加强对作业工人进行岗前和在岗期间职业卫生知识的培训和教育，提高对职业危害的认识,从而增强工人自我保护的能力。
三、甲醛检测与评价
1、检测与评价标准
（1）采样方法：按GBZ159－2004《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》进行采样；
（2）检测标准方法：GBZ/T160.54—2007《工作场所空气有毒物质测定
脂肪族醛类化合物》；
（3）评价依据：GBZ
2.1－2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分：化学有害因素》规定：甲醛最高容许浓度MAC为0.5
mg/m3。
