2007年11月，在校党委的领导下，在全校各基层分党委和党总支的支持下，我们坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观，以党性锻炼和修养为核心，紧紧围绕学校的中心工作，认真开创党校工作，对参加党校学习的学员进行全面的党的基本理论、基本纲领、基本路线和基本知识的教育和思想政治教育，开展了主题为“伟大的党”的演讲比赛。
在学生教育服务部的支持和党校全体成员的共同努力下，本次比赛进行的非常成功，由初赛到复赛，竞争非常激烈，最终选拔了3名选手参加了由鞍山师范学院主院主办的演讲比赛并取得了优异的成绩。
通过这次演讲比赛，使全体党校学员进一步学习了辨证唯物主义、历史唯物主义的认识论和方法论。更加坚定了为共产主义理想信念奋斗的决心和信心。增强了保持共产党员先进性的自觉性。在理论基础方面，比较系统地学习了“马克思列宁主义基本问题”、“毛泽东思想基本问题”、“邓小平理论基本问题”、“三个代表”重要思想，提高了马克思主义理论水平和思想政治素质。
通过本次活动，也使我们深刻的认识到自身的不足，如全员理论基础不扎实学习效果并不好，常常停留在表面，没有消化吸收，为我所用。在党校班学习期间，同时也使我们更加感觉到自己理论水平的较大差距和不足。理论与实践的结合不够，平时较少以理论指导实践活动。学习理论的主要目的是用于指导实践。对我们基层党务工作者来说更是如此。继续坚持不懈、持之以恒地抓好理论学习。要充分利用各种学习机会和业余时间坚持学习。抓住刚刚接受系统的理论培训，已经有了一定理论基础的大好时机，按照党校班学习课程的指引，认真学习消化基础理论。做到在理论上真信服，在感情上真接受，在实践中真运用。通过自己的行为，进一步树立党在人民群众心目中的良好形象，永远保持共产党员的先进性。

梦想是什么?梦想是一种憧憬和渴望，梦想是一种动力，梦想是一种愿望。“中国梦”一个响亮的代表中国人的铮铮铁骨的梦想。
公元2012年11月29日，中国历史上必将浓墨重彩：习近平总书记在这一天向世界宣示了“中国梦”。中国梦是“富强之梦”，是“民主之梦”，是“文明之梦”，更是“复兴之梦”。实现中华民族伟大复兴，就是中华民族最伟大的梦想!
朋友们，为民族复兴，几代人前仆后继!正是对这一梦想的接力奋斗，神州大地沧桑巨变。今天的中国，奥运梦、世博梦，美梦成真;潜海梦、飞天梦，梦圆海天!
“空谈误国、实干兴邦”这是习近平总书记对国人的谆谆告诫。只有每个人脚踏实地，干好自己的本职工作，汇细流成江河，中国梦才能够坚实稳健、才能美丽绽放。
中国梦与个人梦唇齿相依，作为平师附小的一名普通教师，我很荣幸的站在这儿和大家分享我的教师梦。
小时候，看到母亲躬耕于三尺讲台的时候，我就暗下决心，我也要做一名黑板的耕耘者;长大后，当一纸通知书将我引进师范大门的时候，我默默告诉自己，我要做一名优秀的教师。2008年九月，我多年的梦想得以成真——我成了一名光荣的人民教师。
我不是一个演员，但是讲台就是我的舞台，学生就是我的观众。站在台上，看着台下那一双双清澈的眼睛、一张张灿烂的笑脸，我感受到教师这个职业的神圣。所以我梦想成为一个有生命力的老师，和孩子们一起成长。课堂上学生的思索、领悟和每一次积极的发言都激励着我，让我更加珍惜我的工作。把它当作一种理想与事业、一种挑战自我完善自我的追求。

记得小时候我的亲人经常问我：“你长大后想要干什么?”而我的回答是我要当歌手，服装设计师，漫画家，小说家，钢琴师甚至是一个联合国主席。然而这些我都没有付出过任何努力，然而在上初中后我才发现无论在什么人的背后都有一个令人最经的老师。
每一位伟人身后都有一位伟大的老师。就像美国盲聋女作家海伦·凯勒的恩师安妮·莎莉文。这位教师一直陪伴着海伦的身边不离不弃。让我们来设想一下，要是海伦没有遇到莎莉文老师而是一些比较不负责任，很容易放弃学生的老师，那她还会不会成为举世瞩目的伟人呢?
答案是不会。
因此，我要成为那种老师，事项莎莉文老师那种不会轻易放弃学生的老师。说到这里我真的很感谢当了我初中三年班主任的周老师。在我初一性格最恶劣最令人讨厌是没有放弃我。反而是经常找我谈，告诉我要改变我这糟糕的爆脾气。他上课不光光是交给我们知识还要教育我们怎样做人。看着这个崇高的老师。我也有了我的教师梦。
我从小就很喜欢跟身边比自己小的朋友玩扮演教师的游戏。我当老师他们当学生，看着他们认真听课学到了知识我真的很高兴，随着时间的流逝，心里的成熟，我们也不再玩那种游戏了。不过家里到还有一个小黑板以供我心血来潮时帮弟弟妹妹补习。
作为一名教师，可以看着自己的学生从懵懵懂懂的小孩长成一个对社会贡献的青年，可以看着自己的学生干着自己想干的职业，何乐而不为?就如同一个母亲看着自己的孩子赶上了当初自己认为遥不可及的职业一样。
我的教师梦，不仅仅是一个梦，或许也是一个语言。倘若只是一个梦就不要让我性，让我一直沉醉在这高尚又伟大的职业中。倘若是语言，那我就要成为一位像安妮·莎莉文一样对学生不离不弃的老师。
